When will I receive my order?
If you're in Australia, items are sent via Australia Post. We dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving payment, and will email you to let you know your package is on the way. If you require an item urgently we can offer expedited and guaranteed shipping options - please email us at [email protected] and we'll get back to you with prices.

How much will delivery cost?
Our postage and packaging fees are based on the size and weight of your order, and are automatically added at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Of course! We ship all of our items internationally via standard airmail, which means you should receive your order within 10-14 days. Again our postage and packaging fees are based on the size and weight of your order, and are automatically added at checkout.

Why don't you offer free delivery?
We don't offer free delivery as standard because absorbing the cost of postage and packing would force us to raise our prices across the board. If Depomme takes the market by storm then watch this space with free shipping!!

Gift Wrapping
If you would like to take advantage of the gift wrapping service, please let us know by adding a note in the 'comment to supplier' tab at the Paypal checkout. It is likely you may want your package sent to an address other than your own. To do this you can also update the address in the Paypal checkout screen. This service does not cost anything extra.
